About Vocation Network and VISION Guide
By VISION Staff

VISION Vocation Guide, published annually by TrueQuest Communications on behalf of the National Religious Vocation Conference, is the best and most comprehensive resource available in print and online for those seeking information on Catholic religious vocations.

Founded in 1987 with the goal of helping those considering life as a sister, brother, priest, or other Catholic religious vocation, VISION's mission is to provide readers with a broad picture of religious life through first-person accounts, profiles, photo stories, and articles about discernment, community life, vows, ministry, and Catholic teachings. The religious congregations who advertise in VISION provide additional information about their charisms, ministries, and requirements in VISION’s Community Search index and online Vocation Match profiles.

VISION is not only an indispensable resource for those discerning a religious vocation but for those involved in Catholic vocation ministry, including parish vocation teams, vocation directors, diocesan vocation offices, campus ministers, placement officers, young-adult ministers, retreat directors, church personnel, and counselors and spiritual directors at universities, colleges, and high schools throughout the U.S. and Canada.

VISION is free. The printed guide is produced annually in August. New content is posted daily. Online articles and features appear in English, Spanish, and French.

VISION’s multicultural and multimedia approach to vocation ministry has proven to be an effective means to promote Catholic religious vocations, educate readers on the many forms of Catholic religious vocations, and provide tools to help Catholic seekers as they discern their life’s call.
